For many years I have incorporated a pendulum into my healing sessions on my partner Jane. She suffers with swollen ankles which is caused by a combination of issues, rheumatoid arthritis and water retention due to lymph gland issues. The condition is painful and renders her unable to spend too long on her feet during the day without experiencing severe pain as well as unsightly swellings.
When the condition is ‘flaring’, Jane desperately wishes for some relief from the pain. During these regular phases, I spend up to 30 minutes every night administering spiritual healing. The method I use is one I’ve learnt from my own experience over time that brings the best results.
The eradication of Jane’s issues is not possible, even with all the medical intervention from experts of the condition. She has been told that this is an issue she will have to live with and although she is taking a variety of tablets and treatments, none get rid of the pain entirely, or for very long. My natural healing helps, but is unlikely to bring on a miracle cure. That is something all holistic healers should accept. Medical assistance helps with the physical body, while the spiritual & natural healing helps with the energies around the body, particularly the areas of concern. The two healing methods compliment each other with each serving a specific purpose.
In sharing my words with you, I have to be careful in making a few points clear. One, like most physical ailments, medical intervention is important. Spiritual or natural holistic healing is not a substitute on its own. Two, the methods I describe below are based on my own experiences and may be entirely different to methods taught by spiritualist healing experts, of which I am not one. The final point is that I have been doing this for many years and always follow a strict routine whilst expecting limited physical results.
What I have come to expect from the healing sessions is an eventual short-term recession from the pain. After a number of sessions, Jane’s pain disappears and her ankles return to a more normal state whilst the flaring subsides and the ailment is in regression. The length of the regressive state can be anything from a few days to a month or more. During this time, I tend not to continue healing.
I’m about to share with you my routine for administering holistic healing to Jane. As a reminder, this is my method and is not necessarily one recommended for others without a full understanding of the process.
