The 2nd Lanzarote Sessions - EP5
ISSUE 127: WFSIW From 12th June 2023: Session 5, Resistance
During a two week holiday on the Canary Island of Lanzarote, in June 2023, Trevor sat every day to transcribe spirit-inspired words. The following content is one of the collection of thirteen written during the stay. The photos are from Trevor’s collection taken during the duration.
DAY 5 A SESSION WITH A SLOW BLEND
|| Session 5 of 13
There are occasions when, sitting for spirit-inspired writing takes a little longer than normal to entirely blend into the process. The nearest way that I can describe this is it’s like listening to a radio that is either not quite on channel or the signal is breaking up.
While I was creating this presentation and writing the original notes into a digital format, I was aware that for the first part of the message, I was obviously struggling to write the message being heard. When you read most of the first half of this session, you should be able to detect in the writing, how little I understood what the message was to be. Several of the sentences make no sense, while others appear to be grammatically wrong, even in a spoken tone.
It’s also quite plausible that some of the words were made up by my own mind during the process, in a bid to fill in as I wrote. This is not something I would do deliberately, but is quite a normal function of writing.
The good news for this session however, is that as the transcribing continues, the message being relayed from the speaker in spirit does get stronger and with more clarity.
Pay attention to the obvious transition that happens in the session at the paragraph beginning, “Resistance is often caused through fear….”.
The sentiments from today’s session are rather interesting. I did try for a little while after the session ended to count how many times I resisted doing something. I sat on a sunbed and my empty coke lite dropped to the floor and rolled across the patio. I resisted picking it up until I got up from the bed later!! Does that count?
Seriously though, there is a strong message within this session that I certainly grasped from it.
